For the first time, Brazil will have a delegation of 15 companies at MIP Cancun 2019, which will take place in Mexico from November 20thto 22nd. Brazilian Content, the audiovisual content export project promoted by BRAVI in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil), is organizing this unprecedented participation of Brazilian producers in the event.

The delegation will host a Meet Up session open to all participants on the afternoon of the 20th, Wednesday, when the Brazilian delegation will welcome all those interested in meeting and working with Brazil. “MIP Cancun has a strong presence of Latin players and buyers, we have high expectations and new prospects for our entrepreneurs. Elo Company and Pinguim Content, both members ofthe Brazilian Content project, are focused on sales and will have a buyer-focused agenda”, says Mary Morita, executive manager of Brazilian Content.

In total, 21 participants will be at the event representing 15 Brazilian companies, which are: Astrolabio Studio, Boutique Filmes, Druzina Content, Elo Company, Forest Comunicação, Glaz Entretenimento, Medialand, Moonshot Pictures, Panorâmica, Pinguim Content, Quanta Post, Sentimental Filme, Story Productions, Stuplendo and UP Voice.

In 2018, MIP Cancun welcomed 807 participants from 542 companies and registered 5,412 meetings, as well as a schedule of screenings and conferences. The expectation for 2019 is of at least 1,000 participants.
